The sculpture of The Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweep is made of bronze and is placed on a platform. The base is made of granite and is decorated with figures of General-clothes-press-inspector-head-superintendent-Goat-legs and the grandfather – the old Chinaman. It can be seen from a distance and up close. Thus inspires the passers-by to look up for a different perspective.
